DTE Hotels Policy

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy varies with each hotel & room type. Each hotel's specific cancellation policy will be displayed for you to review before the completion of your reservation.

No show policy
Fee of full amount paid (NO REFUND) will be assessed for no shows without cancellation or changes made less than 48 hrs prior to check-in date at 3 p.m. EST

Reservations on available status are confirmed at the time of booking. If you book a hotel on request, you will receive a confirmation by email once the reservation has been confirmed.

The system does not accept changes. Only amendments sent to DTEHotels.com in writing (email/fax) will be honored. Please either email sales@dtehotels.com or fax to: 626-579-6981.

You may print your own voucher. However, please make sure it states the following:
Please contact DTE Travel Development, Inc. IMMEDIATELY if you encounter any problems during check in at 626-579-6980
If DTE Travel Development contact information is not added to the voucher, the voucher will be void.

Group Reservations
Any FIT reservations which include a hotel reservation for 10 or more rooms are viewed as a group reservation. The definition of groups applies to the majority of all US Cities. Should these reservations be booked online directly, the reservation will be cancelled and forwarded to the groups department. All FIT GROUP reservations must be email to sales@dtehotels.com

Customer Service
All requests for review and/or refunds should be informed no later than 30 days after completion of service. You can either call us at: 626-579-6980, or fax us at 626-579-6981. Also, please contact the customer service at customerservice@dtehotels.com Requests that are informed past the 30 days may not be reviewed.

There are 2 methods of payment that DTE Travel Development, Inc. accepts: Pre-payment and Direct Billing.

Prepayment: If direct billing has not been established or if direct billing client who exceeds their credit limit, reservations booked online must be paid in full at the time of booking. All Pre-payment accounts will pay by a credit card online at the time of booking.

Direct Bill: Clients requesting a credit line/direct billing must establish a Floating deposit by submitting at least credit card information.
