Q: How do I perform a hotel search on your site?
A: Click on the Hotels tab (second tab from the left). Select your destination or type the city name only in the Other box. Enter the check in date, number of nights, number of rooms, and number of Adults/Children. Click on Search. Select the Hotel you would like to book and click on Book It. Enter in your client's information and continue. Verify the dates and hotel information is correct then read the terms and conditions and click on I Accept. Enter any special requests such as handicap access or non-smoking in the notes section. Click in confirm and continue.

Q: How do I make a change to a reservation?
A: All changes for reservations will require you to contact our reservations department by email: sales@dtehotels.com or fax: 1-626-579-6981.

Q: How do I cancel a reservation?
A: Cancellations for hotels must be done 72 hours prior to check in to avoid any fees. Email us sales@dtehotels.com or Call us at: 626-579-6980

Q: How do you display your rates online?
A: Rates include all taxes and fees. The rate displayed after your search is the final rate including all rooms, nights and passengers.

Q: Do you handle group reservations?
A: Yes, we specialize in group reservations; please email all your requests for 4 rooms or more to sales@dtehotels.com

Q: Why book with DTEHotels.com?
A: DTEHotels.com is an EASY online reservation system for wholesalers only. You can manage your online account from your home, agency, and even while traveling.
